SHIPPING
Expected shipping period within 4-15 day, it can be vary with respective to the customer delivery location. The product will be delivered by our registered shipping partner.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Customer can exchange/return the order within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery. If you find some products issues, we suggest you to contact us within 48 hours after product delivery.
Keeping the strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns / replacement on several product categories like cap, hat, mask, boxers, shorts, tank tops and baby tees and various products.
We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
(i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
(ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
We will not be able to arrange reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at Support@dbelan.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
MOST IMPORTANT:
- Please ensure, send the return request within 2 days from the date of delivery, so that customer can claim FREE RETURN under our policy. If it exceed more than 2 days, customer have to pay return currier chargers and look for the return facility. If it exceed more than 2 days, we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e. ₹100 according to the currier services. We request customer to go for Indian post services, DTDC services for low currier charges.

- Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
- Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
- Our customer executive team may contact you to know the issue. Please share the package unboxing video and photo for wrong product received.
- Don’t Handover Product without pick-up slip or SMS Confirmation.
- Item purchase during sale is non-returnable.
- In case, our pickup service is not available, Customer has to self-ship the product if the pin code is out of serviceable area with reverse logistic.
- Don’t Accept if the package is tampered.
- Don’t share the OTP with carrier if you haven’t received the product.
Money credit:
In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet (in my account).
